Public Records Requests

If you have a Public Records Request, please use the below form.  Our fees for public records request - .25¢ per page/side and if the request requires more than 15 minutes, the cost is lowest clerical employee benefit rate and if the cost is over $25, a written estimate will be provided.  Public records requests can be submitted by mail, in person, email to teri.bacus [at] cityofpilotrock.org (teri[dot]bacus[at]cityofpilotrock[dot]org) or fax to 541-443-2253.
