The meeting was called to order by Mayor Virginia Carnes at 5:00 PM. Council members present were Lorin Newberry, Andrew Mentzer, Nancy Lankford, and Shawna Kirk. Also present were Chief Stuart Roberts and Mark Daniel.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Council went into executive session at 5:04 PM under ORS 192.660 (2)(a) Employment of Public Officers, Employees and Agents. They interviewed applicant Mark Daniels. They came out of executive session at 6:30 PM.
