Fire Department

The Pilot Rock Rural Fire Protection District 7-401 provides fire suppression, emergency medical services, fire prevention, and rescue to the City of Pilot Rock and surrounding area of over 3000 citizens. The District provides emergency medical services to approx. 600 square miles and fire protection to 348 square miles in two counties. The District is governed by a 5 member-elected board of directors. The District staffing consists of a Fire Chief, Deputy Chief/Training Officer, Two Division Chiefs, Two Captains, Two Lieutenants, and 15 Firefighters.
